(AP) - Two former board members who refused to bare their breasts to a 250-pound (120-kilogram), love-language speaking rabbi named Kolko, have settled a lawsuit against the Rebbes Molester Foundation.
Avrohom Greenfield and Yaakov Applegrad claimed they were fired after they refused to expose their bosoms to the rebbe, and after reporting sanitary problems at Kolko's home in Flatbush, an upscale town in Brooklyn, New York.
The pair claimed they were threatened that if they “did not indulge Kolko's nipple fetish, their employment with the Rebbes Molester Foundation would suffer,” the lawsuit alleged.
Greenfield and Applegrad claimed that Lipa "Gelt whore" Margulies, the molester's longtime caretaker and president of the "Genaive Lifetime Foundation", pressured them to expose their breasts as a way to bond with the 60-year-old pig, and to avoid getting Kolko angry enough to blackmail Margulies.
“On one such occasion,” the lawsuit said, “Applegrad said, 'Kolko, you see my nipples all the time. You are probably bored with my nipples. You need to see new nipples.”
The plaintiffs never undressed, said their attorney,"honest"Abe Konstam, from Monsey. The foundation has denied the allegations.
Lawyers for both sides refused to disclose terms of the settlement, but Deep Nose claims that one of the elements of the settlement bans Kolko from going to the mikve for life.
A second similar lawsuit filed by another employee is pending.

There is also a very well known Rov and Posek that I have contacted.
He verified to me that HE was molested by Kolko in Camp Agudah.
The only way he would testify he says if he was under subpeona, and would have to testify under oath(affirmation) under penalty of perjury.
Who ever thinks that the facts about Kolko aren't true, should speak to all those who say they were "handled" by him. They're all grown up now (many of them)And I'm sure they know the differance when someone putst a his hand on their shoulder, or when someone grabs them in the crotch.

Why resort to another Din Torah? What is needed here is an expose in a secular newspaper which will ultimately result in a full fledged criminal prosecution of Kolko. There are enough victims of this pedophile who have risen above the threats of his protectors and are willing to testify. It is infuriating to watch self righteous members of Brooklyn’s orthodox community mock the Catholic Church for dealing so poorly with their molestation issues while we allow people like Kolko to roam free around his prey. I fought this man off while in Yeshiva, the thought of him being around innocent kids is sickening.

Everyday you read in the papers about some woman filing suit against her Boss for sexual harassment. Doctors and dentists are getting reported 35 years after the incident happened.

The Rabbinical Council of America (1000 rabbis) passed a resolution at their May 2005 Convention saying:
1. Criminal background checks are needed for all yeshiva, day school employees;
2. Yeshiva, day school system-wide registry is needed banning any employees who have abused or assaulted children.

A few people have approached Torah Umesorah, which controls 700 yeshivas, day schools in the US. They made promises and did nothing about it.
Maybe if thousands of people screamed bloody murder, something would happen. This is very sick stuff I've been reading.
All victims should also go to the DA, and prosecute. Once convicted, he becomes a registered sex offender, and if he's bad enough, he might even get on the State Government Megan's Law websites. There are already men with Jewish names, beards, and yarmulkes on these public websites.

NYC Commissioner of Health came out with a plea this morning to NY's Orthodox Community to reconsider using Metzitzah B'Peh because another baby was found to have become infected with herpes following his Bris.
The count now stands at 7 infected babies, with one dead and one showing severe brain damage.

Before the Bris: How to Protect Your Infant Against Herpes Virus Infection Caused by metzitzah b’peh

Circumcision has health benefits. Recently, however, the Health Department has documented several cases of herpes infection in newborns after circumcisions that included metzitzah b'peh. Metzitzah b'pehis a religious practice performed by some mohelim (religious circumcisers) in the Jewish community. Some of these infants became seriously ill. One baby died, and another suffered brain damage.
Because there is no proven way to reduce the risk of herpes infection posed by metzitzah b'peh, the Health Department recommends that infants being circumcised not undergo metzitzah b'peh.
To help you protect your baby, we want to make sure that parents understand the risk of metzitzah b'peh BEFORE the day of the bris, while there is time to explore other options.
How metzitzah b'peh spreads herpes
In metzitzah b'peh, the mohel places his mouth on the freshly circumcised penis to draw blood away from the cut. If the mohel is infected with oral herpes (as most adults are), metzitzah b'peh can expose the infant to the herpes virus. While severe illness associated with this practice may be rare , there is a definite risk of infection.
Oral herpes spreads easily through saliva, especially when saliva touches a cut or break in the skin, such as during metzitzah b'peh.Most people with oral herpes don't know they are infected and don't have symptoms. Even without symptoms, however, people can spread the infection.
Because the immune system of newborns is not developed enough to fight serious infection, herpes infections pose grave risks to infants.
There is no proven way to reduce the risk of metzitzah b'peh
Although a mohel may use oral rinses or sip wine before metzitzah b'peh, there is no evidence that these actions reduce the spread of herpes. A mohel who takes antiviral medication may reduce the risk of spreading herpes virus during metzitzah b'peh, but there is no evidence that taking medication eliminates this risk.
Many mohelim do NOT practice metzitzah b'peh
While some religious authorities consider metzitzah b'peh the only acceptable way to draw blood away from the circumcision cut, others use different means. For example, some mohelim use a glass tube – or a glass tube attached to a rubber bulb – to suction blood in a way that does not include contact between the mohel's mouth and the baby's cut. Others use a sponge or sterile gauze pad to wipe blood away. Unlike metzitzah b'peh, there is no evidence that any of these practices causes infection.
Ask about metzitzah b'pehBEFORE the day of the bris
Some parents whose infants had metzitzah b'peh say they did not know the mohel would perform it. The Health Department recommends that parents ask the mohel several days before the bris if he practices metzitzah b'peh. This will give time to talk to your doctor and consider other options for circumcision.
For more information on circumcision, talk to your family doctor or pediatrician.

From time to time people raise the issue of lashon hara and chillul Hashem. Both of these are bad things, but it takes a little more knowledge to apply them properly.
Telling something false which is bad is called motzi shem ra.
Telling something true that is bad is lashon hara. Telling something true that is not bad can be rechilus.
The prohibition of lashon hara either does not apply or is mitigated under certain circumstances, such as when there is a toeles - a positive purpose which is needed. This pushes aside the prohibition to tell. For instance if a banker is about to hire a guard and asks if you know anything about him, and you know that this guard aat a previous bank job colluded with bank robbers to get them into the bank at night, you had better tell the prospective employer.
In the case where a rebbe continues to molest, it is a mitsvah to rpoclaim it to every Jew in a position to do something about it and to every parent whose child might come in contact with him. If the only way to do this is by telling everyone, then tell everyone.
Even if Rav Sheinberg is correct, and iIdon't know exactly what he said even, the most that could be said is that beis din (assuming that we had a sanhedrin in the lishcas hagazis and eidim and hasra'ah and everything else) would not execute him for this. He couldn't have possibly said that it was ok and that he should be allowed to continue to be a rebbe in Yeshiva or a counsellor in camp. And if he did say it, it is not a valid p'sak.
Lashon Hara is not a halachic protection to allow someone to continue to do bad things. You are allowed to and sometimes required to tell things so that a bad person can not continue to do bad things.
As far as goyishe courts and police are concerned, mesira is not just something we hide behind, it is a very strong and very real halachic concern. But for instance, the classical poskim allowed to moseir a counterfeiter in a case where the king finding out that the Jews did not reveal him would cause repurcussions for all of the Jews.
In this case, I think it would be better, quicker and more effective to use the approach which was attributed to Satmar.
Not only that, but everyone who covered for him enabled him to do it. Make a parents campaign to shut down the yeshiva. If you think that the yeshiva system will circle the wagons and take revenge against your kids, start another yeshiva, have classes in your home or just pull them out of school. Shut down those institutions which claim to teach Torah and yet harbor evil in their midst. With tuition at 10,000 a year, it doesn't take that many kids to pay for a teacher. a class of 10 kids is small enough to fit into someone's living room and large enough to pay for a teacher.
Get rid of the rats and tear down any institution that protects them at the expense of your kids.
I dont know any of these people but hearing these stories and having read articles elsewhere too, ...how come no one broke this guy's face?? screw the law and forget bais din - because apparently they're forgeting these kids... this guy needs a major beating, and where's his wife in all this?? his children? chances are they've been abused too.
There's no reason to be afraid of any reprecussions these bullies think they can inflict on anyone who tries to attack them - either legally or physically. This kolko guy should get a pedophile bris. & margulies & kolko should then be thrown in prison and enjoy being raped there for the rest of their rotten lives.

child abuse is a problem in London's charedi chadarim and boys schools with the same tendency to cover up, lie, intimidate children and parents etc, and to attack those who actually object to this state of affairs.
British charedim need to wake up and do something!
hi, i was just reading the time magazine and this website was mentioned there so i decided to take a look. In my opnion i dont think anybody would lie about being sexually abused. Do you think there is the same kind of abuse going around in all girl schools?
Its nice that we can say statments like "we need to wake up and do something" but reality is there is nothing we can do. If a child is being attacked right now somewhere in the world- the truth is we cant help. Instead of brain washing kids with thorah thoughts we should sit down and talk to our kids about topics some dare not to like sex, drugs etc..
